April 2012 – Anchor Medical Centre Opening Ceremony
Having recently completed our £2.9m contract with GPIC for the construction of a new medical centre and associated community facilities, Farnrise were very pleased to attend the opening ceremony which took place on Friday 27th April.
The event was attended by our Kian Jarfari, Project Manager for the Anchor Medical Centre and Lee Preston, Regional Managing Director.

5th May 2012 – Show Flat opens at Heritage Court!
We are delighted to announce the opening of a show flat at our Mitchley Hill development in 
Sanderstead. Heritage Court has been very well received by proposed purchasers, and early sales indications are promising with two apartments having already been sold.
The opening of the show flat is taking place on Saturday 5th May and we are expecting plenty of interest.

Farnrise lay the foundations for future success at Sussex County Cricket Club
As main sponsors of the club, and having recently completed a £6m redevelopment contract, Farnrise were very pleased with the appearance of our new advertisments in this year’s Club Handbook.
The cricket season gets underway this week, and we are looking forward to attending the matches. We are particularly excited about the touring West Indies team that are due to play Sussex in May.

Our Thames Valley Region have been awarded a new contract with the Governors of Maplewood School in High Wycombe. The £322k project is for the construction of a new nursery block and rebound therapy room.

March 2012 – New Project secured at Wycombe Abbey School
Our Thames Valley office have won a contract with the governors of Wycombe Abbey School for Girls. The works consist of an extension to the existing school building. This will be Farnrise’s second contract with the school, having just recently finished extension work to the Walpole Courtyard.

Our Central Region has been awarded a new contract with the governors of Glyne Gap School. The £400k project is for the contruction of a new classroom block at the school in Bexhill on Sea.

March 2012 – Our Thames Valley Office secures 2 New Projects
Our Thames Valley region have recently won two new contracts. The first with Ablethird Limited, for the refurbishment and alterations of existing shops at The Marlows in Hemel Hempstead. The second is a £310k project with Towerglen Limited for the construction of a new shop unit on Station Parade, Beaconsfield.
