Formed in 1993, Farnrise is a regional construction company operating from offices in Caterham, Surrey and Emsworth, Hampshire and undertakes New Build, Refurbishment, Fitting out and Cyclical and Responsive Maintenance schemes for both private and public sector clients.

We are geared to undertake projects from £25k through to £6M in value and have carried out these schemes using the full range of procurement methods.

Our extensive range of schemes embraces all sectors within the industry including Education, Commercial, Residential, Health, Ecclesiastical, Leisure, Industrial and General Public Works.

Our non-confrontational approach has meant that many of our schemes are procured though repeat business methods. We are also included on many approved lists, framework agreements and indeed, are registered with Constructionline, NHBC, CHAS and Exor registers.

Our experienced management team are hands on throughout the project enabling solutions and actions to be discussed at the optimum time to reduce delays, defects, design problems and budgetary constraints.

Health and Safety is always paramount to our success and our safety advisors ensure that our management, both in house and on site are fully appraised of the ongoing changes to legislation and processes.
